Use Sen enabler or PSNPatch. I never used PSNinja as these do the same thing as PSNinja + more. And PSNinja still leaves a game in your recent played list that isn't even a PS3 game.

It might not support your firmware. Search up on Google what version of PsNinja does support your firmware. Or, just get PSNPatch or SEN enabler as they both can do the same thing.
