Hey there, I've not used my JB ps3 in a long time and have a few questions.

1. How do I update it to the newest firmware.

2. My GTAV is not on the disk I downloaded it onto my ps3 how would I go around updating that.

3. Is there any new things I should now about JB ps3s?

1. There isn't a different way to update it. It's the same old technique. Get the latest firmware you'd like. I prefer 4.70.01 Rebug REX Edition so that you don't have to spoof or anything. Get the PUP file or it. Make a PS3 folder on USB. Inside that, put a UPDATE folder. Inside that put the PUP file renamed to PS3UPDAT.PUP and connect your USB to the right slot of your PS3. Then update it.

2. Just literally start the game up and it'll ask you to update to the latest version

3. Just don't have a disc in while updating and disable any spoofers you might have in your current firmware before updating to any other firmware. Also, check out the new updates for the homebrews like PSninja, PSNpatch, and etc on brewology.com

1. Do you have to update every time there's an update for PSninja and PSNPatch to go online?

2.What exactly is stuff like Rogero, Rebug etc. and do new ones come out everyone there is an OFW update?

3. I have a 2501A PS3 made in Sept2010. It's JB right? Just wanna be super certain before I ship it.
