If your on dex you can use cex stuff

This is a rebug custom firmware. With this you are able to flash from dex to cex with ease in rebug toolbox providing you have your nand/nor flashes. He is not running cex and dex at the same time, he is just going back and forth which only takes 30 seconds. These custom firmwares are called 'Rex' and '-Rex'

running dex/cex at the same time is a bit of a misunderstanding.

dex is cex except dex has extra over cex.
