is there any reason you are not upgrading and using a spoofer instead?

version spoofers are only supposed to be used as an interim measure before a cfw comes out with a version matching the latest ofw or there is a good reason why you can upgrade.

Go to Rebug 4.70.1 you don't need a spoofer

if dex ps3ita 4.65 has a built in spoofer for 4.70 or rebug 4.70.1 is also good
