Should i go to 4.70 d-rex or downgrade to a lower rebug? I do not think it has to do with banning seeing that i have never signed in on this ps3.

Open Rebug Toolbox, go to the right to 'Utilities', go all the way down and change the PS3ID to CEX

Try setting your cid and PSID again. :p

Go onto debug setting and make sure NP environment is set to "np" without quotes

It means invalid CID, I set my CID 32 0's & signed out then got that error till I set my original xD.
