Put Multiman on a USB Stick and then go to ur PS3 and go to Install Package File and install it there. It dont need a special name, it just have to be on the USB Stick.

Warning: Do not use multiman logged in to psn!
Maybe u know already, but take security mesures before you go online.
Use Sen enabler, PsNinja and/ or PsnPatch or read about safe going online on the forums here.
Cause when you're not carefull, your acc/console will get banned from psn...

Multiman does not work on 4.70 use irisman or gamesonic manager, Put the pkg file on the root of your usb and just navigate to package manager and then standered package file then just click on the pkg (note it will have a little refresh logo) click and it should install.
