you could easily brute force the backup to get the cid (IDPS), in fact this is a recent topic elsewhere.

We can guess the 89 part from 83-8F

The next 00 is always the same

The next 0B is always going to be from 01 to 0B (10)

The next 14 is either 14 or 10

The next 00 is always the same

The last EF DD CA 25 52 66 is going to take some time to guess.
