use a PKG called psn patch.

It says /\ Disable CFW & EXIT but X says Spoof IDPS, PSID, disable CFW

Yes use one of the two. Just press Triangle

And after i disable cfw how can i go back do i have to downgrade again or?

No... Disabling your syscalls does nothing to the CFW it self it just gives you that extra bit of security. You can re-enable your syscalls by restarting your ps3.
