This motherboard i have is on 3.55 ofw. If I replace it with my other motherboard on the latest firmware 4.75, will it anything to my hard drive ?

That's not how it works If you actually take the time out to read what I linked you instead of ignoring that informative link you'd know that. It's not possible for you to do that ever. If you want to switch out hard drives you have to format it before you put it in.
