Install Rebug 4.65.2 DEX firmware and a spoof. Look up tutorials to go from cex to dex ( Dont update to a dex firmware unless you're already on dex) .. Then you'll need to install ccapi pkg on your ps3 and console manager on your pc. Connect your ps3 to console manager, then find an rtm tool and connect from there using ccapi. Oh yeah, you'll need a debug eboot also.
