When did my issue start: After I started to mess with my ARCH Spoof (4.75) and trying to install a mod menu using Rebug toolbox and filezilla.
What steps can I take to get back online?

Simply reinstall your current custom firmware to remove any spoofer. Download this menu You must login or register to view this content. put the update.rpf file in devhdd0/game/(your gta region code folder)/usrdir.
