Emulators on their own isn't Warez but if any game comes with the Emulator it is Warez. We do not allow any kind of Warez here at NextGenUpdate. Please keep this in mind when requesting Emulators.

If you're unsure, Warez refers to software that has been illegally copied and made available.

Then why do we talk about backed up PS3 games and how to fix black screens, freezing, etc. they're illegally copied.

Just curious as to why you mentioned it is all. Also I remember before there was a rule that we couldn't talk about it on NGU.

Check brewology.com for emulators. They have a multiple Sega system emulators on their site. Also retroarch has a core emulator for Sega genesis

I mentioned it because most emulators come with games. I'm here to make sure the rules are followed and if me giving a simple heads up on a thread is what's needed so other users don't link warez then so be it.
