There are a couple RTM's out there. Below is a link to the latest one made by RTE. This RTM Tool does not have FIFA Coins Hack. I do not think it is possible. I have tried many but none of them have worked sadly. This is a good RTM Tool though.

I wouldn't do this as there is a risk to that account. Warez cannot be discussed on NGU but you can install packages for DLC. You won't find them here.

You can not mod ultimate team coins, due to its server based. However you can mod your team and such using my tool.
