(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK this is how it happened, i was in Multi-man for a while, Plugged in my External HDD to my PS3 then my PS3 suddenly freezes then shuts off. I turn it on, now it shows up a message saying "The file system on the system storage is corrupted and will be restored" and the only option i have is to PRESS X. Cant Press O. I don't know what to do now, i really do not want to loose my CFW, if anyone has a way to fix this without loosing CFW, please (i mean it) i would gladly appreciated.

-Anyways I'm on Rebug 4.70 D-REX CFW, LV2-Kernel: DEX, System: DEX

You wont lose your jailbreak, as firmware isn't stored on the HDD.

Ok, so what you are saying is that i could format my HDD, then once i attach it with the PS3, then i could install the last CFW firmware i had before i formatted my HDD?

Format your HDD on your PC, you won't loose your CFW. And yes you can install any firmware you want since your PS3 is still on CFW.

Like all the above users are stating Format your HDD. Things should go back to normal from there, quote us if you have further issues.
