DEX is overall better. You can real time mod using Prodg and it is way faster. DEX there are more features and can not accidently go to OFW on dex. People say there is less ban on a DEX console.

DEX is better for everything, it gives you more developer features and allows you access to more things than CEX does. It runs a lot faster and some programs will allow use of TMAPI but not CCAPI. I highly recommend using DEX.

most of the tools that i have been using have the CEX and DEX feature. so basically DEX ps3 make the mods run much better and run more smoothly than CEX

Precisely. DEX runs a lot more smooth than CEX. Right on bro, It basically gives you a lot more system features as well.

It's rather easy to go from cex to dex follow the tutorial below. I highly suggest you do there's nothing but benefits to it. If you wish to switch to DEX install rebug firmware. Just convert to DEX, it's worth it. Run's way smother than CEX and you have more options/opportunities.
