I would downgrade, just to be sure not to brick. I wouldn't downgrade with Rogero's 999 Downgrader. I would use the Rebug one. I had issues with the Rogero and would not let me change CFW. From there. just go to 4.70.1 Rebug REX and then just follow this tutorial to go to DEX

Install 9.99 downgrade>>>toggle qa>>>Rogero 3.55v3.7>>> Then Rebug 4.70.1 REX

Install the Rogero 3.55v3.7 stage from recovery menu

Make sure all spoofers are disabled & no disc in BD drive

Use right usb port for updates.
