Just ask your friends from skype or something im sure they will give you one. Either that or you will have to purchase one.

Once your console is banned, that console id is trash; there are a lot of sellers and i'm sure if you have a skype account one of your friends know someone. Just ask around. However, they're not allowed here on NGU so be weary of that.
