I am pretty sure you will need the latest spoof to get online as well. You can find that in the PS3 section where the thread is stickied.

If you are on 4.46 REBUG D-REX. You should go to CEX, then install 4.70.1 CEX from REBUG. Then from there swap to D-REX.
This can be done by going into Rebug Toolbox, you don't even need the original flash/eid_root keys anymore. If you need more help, keep quoting me

Is it possible to do it without switching to CEX

I found this tutorial, with a little search: You must login or register to view this content.
Please note, if you have your flash and eid_root already you can do it extremely easy. Same way you went to DEX. Just reverse it
Have caution when doing it.
