You would have to permanently change your CID for that.

iv got a dead ps3 i was gunna flash it and get cid and mac address off it and put it on the one that is banned but i dont no how to put there cid and mac address on it could anyone help me with that

Why not sell your CFW and get extra money for it? You can still play online without mods using a jailbreak :p
