If you made an sprx and want to update it, you can either wait untill someone release the natives and stuff. Or you can find them yourself using IDA or Native Grabber (can find find in the GTA V Modding Tools section)

could you talk me through updating/ editing it ?

There is plenty tutorials on it brotha, it would take too long to explain.
