timeout console seems disconnected if someone can plz dm me a fix to this

Do you have CCAPI correctly installed on your ps3? Plus if you are on 4.50-4.65 i recommend getting rev 4 or which corresponds with your current FW.

im on 4.70 rebug and it connects ok but it wont refresh

Oh. Try running as administrator and disabling programs like skype before use etc.

Depending on what fire wall you have you might need to add an acception but you can connect so i highly doubt it. But give it a try.
