I am on REBUG so if anyone knows the answer to this that will help!

1: Do I have to open up sen enabler and change the system to REBUG everytime I turn on my PS3?
2: should I use PSninja + PSNpatch everytime I turn my PS3 off?
3: Can anyone link me to some good GSC menus?
