Go to debug settings and toggle these settings:
Np environment > NP
Network settings for debug > Single
If this problem still occurs check that yoru cid is legit. A cid should start like 0000000 (7 zeros) then followed by 10008

yes the Cid is legit. im on the same cid as my friend and he said he cant sign in either.i was playing earlier with my friend then i signed out then now it wont sign in.
