Restore your original CID. And if it says you're banned still then you will need to buy a new cid

No im not giving you a cid... and depending on what model your ofw ps3 is you will need to extract your lv2 dump form your ps3 using an e3 flasher and using aldos cid info tool to view it.

CID's are not even allowed on NGU. Nobody will/can help you out with Console ID's.

You can but you need an E3 flasher for it.
