Which firmware do you want to install? You can just google it and I'm sure you will find what you are looking for.

If you are looking for rebug CFW look on the website rebug.me. If you are looking for ITA im sure you will find something by searching on google.

If you want a new cid you will have to buy one from someone, i recommend asking people on skype but just keep in mind ngu does not allow console id's.

And btw. which firmware is your other PS3 on? You need an E3 flasher to get the CID from a OFW.

If you are on firmware 4.66 or lower you can use a proxy to get the cid from the ofw which is quite easy to do.
