I would not because if you buy it on a CFW, you are going to get banned in the end and the account you bought the game on will be banned. You will no longer be able to access the game.

Do you buy games with actual PSN? I used it once to download the Nuketown DLC on BO2 but that's it. Never would I actually buy something that is paid on a CFW.
