It may seem stupid so my apologies for that, but I was just wondering, before I play Blackops II (from another source not disk), do I need to use an ANTI-BAN just to play? (Along with PsNinja and PSNPatch of course). I know you need to use an anti-ban with mods of course, so that you don't get console banned from BO2, but I never heard of needing to use one just to play.

No you should be fine without mods. But i still would recommend to use it since they can also ban you without playing with mods.
