I was wondering if I should do the same when I play other games online like COD BO2 or others WITHOUT Mods.

Well i would not use psninja at all as it increases the risk of being banned. PsnPatch is debatable. And once you have spoofed your cid already there is no point in doing it again just for GTA.

Thanks for the heads up, well I dont use PsnPatch to directly spoof the CID, just the option Triangle to Disable CFW.

Just set it as boot IDPS and boot PSID so it will set it every time you start your console. There's no need to spoof it again.

Spoofing console id with control console does not do anything.
