Very simple thing to do. Just hold the buttons together like he says in the video. If you can't follow the video I don't know how I can explain it to you better to be honest.

First, you have to download the package. Before you open the package, make sure you have nothing plugged in the PS3 in the front 2 ports. Then open the package on the PS3 and wait a bit. After a couple seconds or even minutes, you will hear 3 beeps and you will be taken back to the XMB. Now from there, hover over Network Settings and do the combination of these buttons at the same time. It might be kind of hard so if you can't get it, ask someone to help you press a button if you can't get it. Here is the package below.

Just scroll down on this page and you will see a Toggle QA file. Just click it and it will give you a .RAR file. From there, open the text file and copy the link it provides. Paste it into your web browser and download it from there. If you have any questions, just quote me back
