Make sure the main ribbon cable at the bottom of the drive is in the clip correctly. Also make sure the magnet disk assister has not slipped. (This is located in the drive it self)

It's neither of those m8 drive is fine even replaced laser deck thinking it might be that but I've tried the bluray drive in another console works perfect the e3 flasher downgrade done something to it

It's a cech2503b board logic board ain't on the bottom of the bluray but by a off chance I did remarry process and still no joy I'm running out of options

Did you use multiman to fix your playback after remarry process?

Go to multiman settings and select fix broken blue ray drive (movie playback) This does fix your games problem as well (not all the time) but im sure it should fix yours if you have already remarried

Yes sorry have done that says nothing wrong with bluray need a fix bad or this ps3 going to take a nose dive out the window
