You need to buy a new CID. Or you can play on a public one for an hour or so.

Are you on a CFW? If you are not, then there is no way besides downgrading your PS3. If you are on CFW, buy a CID from a trusted person on other forums and use CCAPI and set it as boot IDPS. NGU doesn't allow Console ID's.

Buy/get a new Console ID.
You can change your CID with CCAPI, PSN Patch, IRISMAN, webMAN etc.
Just remember Console ID's are not allowed on NGU.
