i am using tmapi on dex 4.70.1 rebug, i have linked up with an ethernet cable to my pc and shared its connection with my ps3. On bo2 i tried to use an rtm tool but it just wouldn't connect to my ps3, target manager is completely normal and no problems, all connected, but rtm tools just wont?? Also before i upgraded my pc to windows 10 things worked great, i was on winows 8, not 8.1. Any help?
