PS3 fan control utility. Just put the .pkg file on a usb and install it. Then use the on screen controls to modify the fan speed. The speed will stay at that speed until you turn the console off :-)

yeah i put that onit but when i click the fan control app it crashes my ps3?

What is your ps3 firmware? I know the fan utility does not support 4.70 rebug on dex but works for cex.

Not at the moment. I have just switched to cex as dex wasn't my thing xD. I'll let you know when there's an update for the fan control utility . There is another option which is to buy the fan control on ebay. This works on all firmwares without a problem. If you search on ebay the seller is circuitsergion. The tool is £15 for the dial one and it's easy to install.
