Hail to the King, Baby!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Can someone help me, some of my tools will not open. This issue started this morning and wasn't happening yesterday. When I try launching a specific modding tool it shows up under Task Manager for 1 second and then is like terminated. I've tried re-downloading the tools and going into Safe Mode. Any idea what is causing this or how to fix this?

It's not, I just started today. I disabled all antivirus and even went to Safe Mode and still. It opens for a sec and closes. I think it's the framework but it won't let me uninstall it. It doesn't show up under programs and features. Yet when I try to reinstall it says it's already on there. Idk what it is.

Which tool is this? Make sure you have the latest framework installed. Also disable any anti virus.

It's happening with Cyb3r's TLOU tool and BFH. I didn't have this issue before, I was able to use both just fine. I feel like it was after this:

Framework isn't showing up, Idk it's not showing under Programs and Features. But when I try to install 4.5 it says it's already installed or I have a higher version installed. Multiple packs of .NET Framework 4+ including 4.5.1 Multi-Packs along with versions 5 and 6 were installed yesterday when I installed Visual Studio 2015, but then I uninstalled everything with it cause I felt it caused the issue.

But now when I try to install 4.5 it says I already have one installed, yet nothing shows up.

Ps. I've already disabled all antivirus, re-downloaded, and went into Safe Mode. Still.

I got it!! I fixed it! Thanks for everyone who tried to help. All I had to do was uninstall Framework 4.6, but since it didn't show under Programs and Features I had to go under Installed Updates and look for it. After that everything worked.
