(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); None of the RTM Tools(CCAPI included) are working for me. Somehow it won't connect to the PS3 unless I turn Windows Firewall completely off. How can I solve this and connect any of the RTM's to PS3 without disabling Windows Firewall?

I seriously don't wan't my Windows Firewall off and neither for a tool that could probably steal CID.I also have them all added to the outbound blocklist. I'm running Rebug 4.70 Rex & CCAPI 2.60 V3. I had V5 before and it still didn't work. I never had this problem so I'm not sure if it is the PS3 Custom firmware(was on Rebug 4.65) or what.

You added them to the block list of course they're not going to connect. If you are worried that much about your CID being stolen then you shouldn't use that tool or make your own.

You don't get it do you? I always blocked the outbound connection AND it always worked .
