First, you need a spoofer. I would recommend Arch's 1.16 4.75 Spoofer. Then, I would recommend PSNPatch to help minimize ban risks. After that, you can sign in safely

Well, since I am on DEX do I really have to do these stuff? Because I saw some people saying that you don't have to spoof on DEX or anything.

Yes, you do. Rebug is a 4.70 Firmware and the latest PSN firmware is 4.75. You do need to use the spoofer otherwise it will not work.

And how come that my friends that have DEX console and they are on lower firmware or something idk they don't have to use a spoofer or anything. They are using Webman, mount the game and after that they press R2+Δ and then they are logging in.
