Downgrade using the Rogero 999 Downgrader then go to 3.55 OFW. From there, QA Flag, then go up to any CEX firmware or if you want to go to DEX, go to 4.70.1 REX and then use IDPSet to get to DEX.

should i install 4.75 ofw? and than try going down or no? or should i try to use a downgrader even though i am still on OFW

It was on 4.75 OFW, did the E3 flasher stuff, i get a black screen with writing that says "The System Software cannot be run correctly. Press the PS button to try and restart the system. * skips a line* If the system cannot be restarted, you must reinstall the system software. * new line* Connect storage media that contains update data of version 4.75 or later, and then press the START and SELECT buttons at the same time. * new line* For infromation on how to obtain update data, refer to the SCE web site for your region

You will need to, if it if asking you to go to 4.75 i generally means 4.75 OFW.
