Rebug - Use REX under all the instructions and stuff it tells you how to convert from CEX to DEX its easy + you don't need any new firmware when using rebug REX and you can easily convert back to CEX if u like. And pros of DEX - Much better modding options as being able to use RTM means you can run unsigned code. Also you could use something like netcheat to find offsets. You can do all this on PS3 with ccapi but for me it's really laggy when using RTM. Cons - A lot of options which will confuse the average person. Just leave all those options. + for Psn when you switch to DEX make sure afterwards you set Environment to Np and not the developer network otherwise you won't be able to sign in. And finally for a spoof use SEN enable - latest one ( not on brewology yet ) Works for both CEX and DEX so u should be fine.
