(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey NGU! I hope you are all doing great! I am sorry for bothering your day, but I really do need your help guys for my new jailbroken ps3 rogero 4.55 with 4.75 spoof. It is currently running on CEX. I want to ask for a step by step guide of how to convert it from CEX to DEX please? Also can I have a step by step guide on how to connect it to my pc with all the programs needed too? Moreover is rogero even any good, or should i convert it to rebug d-rex 4.70.1? If Rebug is the better software in this case, can you please send me a step by step guide of how to convert from rogero to rebug? Video tutorial will be a help too, but step by step would be the best if thats possible please for everything mentioned above!

Please I urgently need your help people!

Thank you so much in advance all you great NGU people!

Kind regards,
Dave Happy

Go to rebug.me and get the latest rebug rex (NOT D-REX)

First thing to note is that if your currently on a Rogero cfw then please install a different cfw eg habibs 4.66 cfw
if your on a higher one than the latest rebug cfw

if your qa flagged then your ok JUST INSTALL VIA RECOVERY MENU NOT XMB

if your not qa flagged then use a 999 downgrader to go to 3.55 then qa flag and install the latest rebug in recovery menu

or if you cannot goto 3.55 then use my rebug4.65v1 (syscon changed to 6.66) then qa flag and install rebugs latest via recovery menu

1.put the latest rebug renamed to PS3UPDAT.pup in a folder called UPDATE. put that folder in another folder called PS3 and put that folder on the root of your usb stick.

2.Put the usb stick into the usb port closest to the drive (right side port) and turn on the ps3

3.Select UPDATE VIA STORAGE MEDIA

4.Once installed. Run REBUG TOOLBOX

Go to the utilities column (far right) and select Toggle QA Flag. Select ENABLE

Now go up twice to get you to Dump eid_root_key

select YES. screen will go blank and after 10 seconds you will hear 3 beeps and the system will re-boot

back into rebug toolbox & go to the DEX&CEX column (Second from the right) and select Rewrite target ID in flash.

Select yes. the screen will go blank then come back on

go up one to Swap LV2 Kernel

it will instantly swap kernel's and tell you it requires a restart

Once restarted enter REBUG TOOLBOX select System Information

You should now see LV2 Kernel and Target Type are now DEX

It's all good dude and yes you can install Rex without habib and when on 3.55 cfw install a qa pkg and it will let u know if ur qa is toggled or not.

Click it and it will come up with an error code or go to network settings (dont click it just hover) and press L1+L2+L3+R1+R2+dpad down all at the same time. And if nothing pops up then you're not qa toggled.

Thanks bro! I have finshed everything. its running perfect! Thank you so much! I just want to ask one last thing. Because I obviously had to update my cfw ps3 to rebug 4.70.1 REX, i converted it to dex now. so is it called a D-REX now, or is it still a REX?
