I'm hoping you disabled your Q.A first via RebugToolBox and so if still on DEX firmware always use DEX-3.55 downgrader or it will give you an error.
Side note: once your back on 3.55 reinstall Q.A and activate it and go to debug setting and enable "system update".

By 3.55, did you mean the 3.55.4 Rebug CFW or the 3.55 999 Downgrader?

What error do you get when you try to go to a different firmware?

I can see it but when i click on it,it says that the Files are broken or invalid

I believe you can still install the 3.55 999 Downgrader. Let me know how that goes.
