What does it say when you try to sign in?

It's never been signed into before so it says a system update is required
Go to settings > system update and preform the update

I guess you need to use SEN enabler.

have you downloaded the ccapi 2.50 or 2.60 for the pc? you need to have that installed first before connecting ccapi to ps3 and you must have the pkg on your ps3 installed, but you need to know your ip from your ps3 to connect all those
