Open an ftp server on your ps3 (rebug toolbox just open that)

Now open filezilla

Type your ip in to host at the top and click connect

Now click dev_hdd0 then tmp SPRX file goes in here

Now your eboot goes in...

dev_hdd0 > game > *Your games region code* > USRDIR

Now remember you must be on dex to use sprx menus but if you're on cex you can follow this tutorial on how to make sprx work on cex.
