Pretty sure you can but I know that if u reinstall the current cfw u are on it will disable the spoofed then you can change cfws

hey i did the same thing when i was on ferrox 4.70 spoofed to 4.75 was told to just reinstall cfw i was on and it would disable and delete spoofer and it worked good glad i could hel[p

Yes but it would only be a soft brick which means you can easily fix it by reinstalling fw higher than 3.55. I would just uninstall the spoof just in case.

i only installed a cfw once while it was spoofed ...nothing happened but be sure you make a backup in case you do soft brick your ps3
