(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, for the past 5 days i'v personally dreaded jailbreaking my PS3 to HABIB 4.70 v1.03 CFW, for many reasons. Today, I just figured I'll ask you guys since you guys know so much, and in all honesty i'm a newbie to the PS3 jailbreaking scene. Anyway my question is can I upgrade my current CFW (as stated above) to the latest REBUG 4.70.1 CFW without having to use the Rogero Downgrader since there are no simple and straight forward tutorials out there. Thank you, and any help is greatly appreciated.

Yup. If it's the same firmware 4.XX then you can install any CFW over it, don't let the 3rd number set fool you i.e (4.70.3-4.70.1) that's just the re-release number of that FW from the creator for bug fixes within the FW.
