Do you have Toggle QA installed? What CFW are you trying to install?

Please be more specific what cfw are you on ? did you already toggle qa?

I'm on Rebug 4.70 Dex D-rex and i have toggle qa enabled... i'm trying to install rebug 9.99 downgrader but when i go to downgrade it say corrupted data

There's a CEX downgrader and DEX, make sure you are using the DEX one.

Ps: ihave checked rebug.me and haven't found any rebug 9.99 downgrader for dex Sal

just convert back to cex then install the downgrader, if the 9.99 downgrader dont work on the XMB just go to safe mode and do it there.
