Post: Updating Rebug 4.70 REX To Rebug 4.75 REX

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, I do not plan to perform this but just out of curiosity can some one update from lower cfw to higher? Ex: REBUG 4.70 REX To REBUG 4.75 REX. And do so safely? If so what about if i update from a different cfw to another. Ex: REBUG 4.21 REX To 4.55 ROGERO overwriting the cfw? Or do you have to downgrade and toggle QA for both.

Quiet easy.

If you are on 4.70.1 D-REX, you update it to 4.75 DEX (!).

If you are on 4.70.1 CEX, you update to 4.75 CEX (!).

If you are going up in the same firmware, there is no need. If you want to go back down, you need to downgrade and toggle QA.

You can do both, recovery mode or through update in the menu.

To be honest I'd just wait till the normal things are updated, like ccapi and so on. All depends on what you use and if it's supporting the 4.75 d-rex cfw

its quite simple to do...as stated above by other members..all you have to do is update to your higher cfw through storage media or recovery menu. If your goign from rebug to rogero you will need to downgrade back to 3.55 to do so safe.
