i have spoofed it to 4.75
i have done it through IRISMAN
Also with rebug tool box
what do i do??

That error comes up when you have a false CID, but in this case you don't. It just can't read DEX firmware. It's just a bit different going online with a DEX console (assuming you're on DEX since you got this error). Go to the Rebug Toolbox and spoof your IDPS to CEX. That's all. You must do that every time you turn on your PS3. If it still doesn't work, then follow these steps. Get PS3ITA Manager v1.40 then go to Network Tools. After that, restore your original console ID then quit, then you can go online. Once again, you have to go through that process every time you boot up your PS3.

i did that with Rebug tool box and it still does nothing im on 4.70.1 dex but PS3ITA Manager doesnt load for me :/

1. Okay so goto console control by FMT
2. Click the console IDs tab
3. Where it says IDPS type your IDPS in
4. Then press the button which says Set boot Id
5. Error gone

you need to change the region of your console id depending on where you are from say for example 87 or 83 for uk or somewhere along them lines
