Your kernal and target type need to match, fix that. This can lead to a soft brick, I'm suprised you can even boot that way.

I don't know if that is what is causing the issue but it can not be good. You can set your cID to be CEX by setting your cID with any of the many programs made to do so. Toolbox can do it, PSNpatch can also do it and disable syscalls at the same time.

If it doesn't work after that I suggest you simply delete muliMan and reinstall it.

Just go into multiman and go to the settings column of multiman's xmb screen and go all the way down to the bottom. There should be an option call BD Rom Emulator (something along the lines of that), hit X and enable it. Exit multiman, and then open it back up and then launch your game. The game you launched should be on the XMB now as a disc or by hovering over /app_home/PS3_GAME/

Just use Rebug toolbox to make them match. When switching between CEX and DEX one way only requires a Target ID swap and it automatically does the flash and the other direction you have to change each on your own. Sounds like you only did 1/2 the job and are stuck between the 2. Just swap the kernal to DEX to match the target type. If it soft bricks reinstall rebug from the recovery menu using D-REX as it has a DEX target ID.
