I Am Trying To Use All The DLC Including The Rares,Seasonal,Etc.. On Lbp2 I've tried Before But the DLC Does Not Seem To pop up,Even my Own Purchased DLC doesn't Pop up after downloading and Installing. I'm On CEX Atm And I Would Love Some Help

Was the dlc you purchased for this acc? if not, have you used the rap files & reactpsn to sign the license to this acc?

You can just download a program to get the links for the update pkgs and for the fix i have no clue
