However GTA as far as I no is only a disc version and it is the EU version if I am correct meaning that only BLES versions of the game can be modded that is why there is tutorials for converting you GTA BLUS version to BLES.

It really just depends if people are going to look for PSN address when more people use disc versions/disc backups.
